【摘要】 对 8 7例患有冠心病的拟手术患者在术前应用黄芪注射液 ,观察并记录术中、术后的室性心律失常、严重心肌缺血、心肌梗塞、心衰、心脏骤停等心脏事件 ,并与空白对照组 87例相比较。结果 :观察组发生心脏事件 4例 (占 4 .60 % ) ,对照组为16例 (占 18.3 9% )。提示观察组应用黄芪注射液后心脏事件发生率明显降低 (χ2 =8.13 5 ,P<0 .0 5 )更多还原

【Abstract】 cases of coronary heart disease were treated with Huangqi Injection(黄芪注射液) before operation except heart.Heart emergencies such as ventricular arrhythmias?serious myocardial ischemia?myocardial infarction?heart failure and sudden cardiac arrest were observed and recorded intraoperatively and postoperatively.87 cases were set up as the control group at the same time. Result:4 cases of heart emergency occurred in the observed group(4.60%),while in the control group 16 cases occurred(18.39%).The incidence of heart emergency in the observed group was significantly decreased(χ 2=8 135,P<0 05).更多还原
