循环式燃油系统压力波形特征的自动识别
Automatic Identification of Pressure Waveform Characteristics of Circulating Fuel Injection System
【摘要】 阐述了循环式燃油喷射系统压力波形的特征 ,通过对波形的分段符号化处理来实现压力波形的提取与描述 ,并在不同的波形段内定义不同形式的波形结构基元 ,以便更有效地描述各波形段的结构特征。同时 ,详细介绍了各波形特征的识别算法和波形符号化处理过程 ,以便自动获取循环式燃油喷射系统燃油压力波形的故障特征 ,用于船用柴油机的故障诊断。
【Abstract】 This paper expounds pressure waveform characteristics of circulating fuel injection system. Waveform characteristics are recovered and described in terms of sectional symbolic process. In different waveform section, the paper defines different waveform structural unit to efficiently describe each section structure characteristics. This paper also introduces waveform characteristics identification method and waveform symbolic process for the purpose of waveform character automatic achievement. This method can be utilized in marine diesel engine fault diagnosis.
