【Abstract】 With the reform of market economy system carrying on, some flaws in corporation law expose. By reference to the trend of the legislation of company law all over the world and comparing the reasonable factors between mainland company law and Macao company law, it is favorable to perfect our company legislation and lay foundation for law science of modern enterprise proposed by the Second Session of the Ninth National People’s Congress. Meanwhile, this will be a flexible, feasible way to coordinate the company law of Macao and Mainland to promote the communication of commerce between Macao and Mainland.更多还原
