【摘要】 目的 :探讨氨氯地平对原发性高血压治疗效果及对靶器官的保护作用。方法 :使用氨氯地平 5mg/日 ,早晨顿服 ,治疗原发性高血压 30例。结果 :治疗前后 2 4小时血压监测 ,有显著疗效 (P <0 .0 1) ,心肌缺血及心功能明显改善 (P <0 .0 1) ,血 β2 微球蛋白浓度下降 18.2 % ,2 4小时尿β2 微球蛋白下降 2 4 .8%。结论 :氨氯地平不仅可以治疗原发性高血压 ,而且对靶器官有保护作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the curative and protective effects of Anludiping(ALDP) on primary hypertension (PHT). Methods: 30 cases of PHT patients were given NDP once a day at morning. Results: Heart functions were changed largely (P<0.01), microsphere proteins in blood in urer were decreased 18.2% and 24.8%. Conclusions: ALDP can cure PHT and protect target organs.更多还原
