【摘要】 目的 :研究妇炎康栓的主要药理学作用。方法 :参照文献所载相关药理学方法 ,进行实验及指标测定。结果 :妇炎康栓对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌等有不同程度的抑制作用 ,能有效拮抗动物急性炎症反应及致痛反应 ,并可提高致痒阈。结论 :妇炎康栓确有抑菌、抗炎、止痛、止痒作用。本研究为该方的临床使用提供了药理学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Investigate the major pharmacological effects of FuYanKang Suppository(FYKS). Methods: Carry out experiment and analyze interrelated targets according to the pharmacological methods in literaties. Result: FYKS has antibiotic effects on colibacillus, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans, can inhibite the reaction of pain and inflammation by chemicals, and raise the itch threshold. Conclusion: FYKS has antibiotic and antiinflammatory effects, can stop itch and pain. The study can provide scientific bases for using FYKS in clinical practice.更多还原
