【摘要】 中药现代化产业化发展的核心是中药企业。在中国即将加入WTO的今天 ,我国中药企业面临着机遇和风险同在 ,挑战与失败共存。文章从中药企业的现状及面临的困难入手 ,从组织结构 ,科研新产品开发 ,人才资料利用等方面与世界发达国家的医药行业进行了对比 ,对我国中药企业入世的利弊及与中药有关的知识产权问题 ,中药企业如何扩大出口等内容进行了分析 ,同时就中药企业与中药产业化发展的系统性、策略性进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) enterprises are the core of TCM industry’s modernization and industrialization. Nowadays they are facing not only chance and risk but also challenge and failure under the situation that China will enter WTO shortly. The paper starts with TCM enterprises’ present states as well as difficulties confronted to compare several aspects, i.e. organizational structure, the exploit of scientific new products and utilization of human resources etc. with those of the developed country’s medicine industry. Furthermore, the author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of TCM enterprises if China entered WTO, the protection of TCM intellectual property and how the enterprises to expand export also delve the systematizing and strategies between TCM and TCM enterprises.更多还原
