【Abstract】 The basic point of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) development for modernization is a TCM product. Exactly, i.e. quality of TCM preparation. With entering into WTO and linking the international medical market, we should make the production, management, test etc techniques of TCM truly to industrialization and modernization. So as to overcome at last, the bottleneck impeding TCM enter into international medicine market-the backwardness of TCM enterprises and preparations.
