【摘要】 目的 :建立降脂靖血胶囊的质量标准。方法 :采用TLC法对处方中槐花、决明子和山楂等进行鉴别 ;用双波长薄层扫描法测定丹参中丹参酮ⅡA 的含量。结果 :在TLC色谱中均能检出槐花、决明子和山楂 ;丹参酮ⅡA 在 1.10 8～ 5.0 90 μg范围内有良好的线性关系 ,加样回收率为 99.38% ,RSD为 1.6 %。结论 :本质量标准可有效地控制降脂靖血胶囊的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the quality standards of Jiangzhijingxue capsules. Methods: Applying the technique of TLC to identify cassia obtusifolia L. , crataegus pinnatifida and sophora japonica L. Dualwavelengh TLC-scanning was used to determine tanshinone Ⅱ A. Results: Tanshinone Ⅱ A showed good linear relationships in the ranges of 1.018～5.090μg. The average recovery was 99.38% and RSD was 1.6%. Conclutions: This standard is capable to effectively control the quality of Jiangzhijingxue capsules.更多还原
