【摘要】 目的：探讨老年股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗方法．方法：１９９１年１月～２０００年５月加压滑动鹅头钉内固定治疗６０岁以上老年股骨粗隆间骨折４６例．结果：本组病人术后随访，疗效满意，结果优６７％，良２６％，差７％．结论：作者认为应用此方法治疗，能有效止痛，早期离床，并发症少，死亡率低，多数老人能恢复生活自理，是目前治疗股骨粗隆间骨折较好的内固定方法．更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the treatment of intertrorchant eric fractures in elderly. Methods: From January 1991 to May 2000,46 cases of intertrochanteric frature in eIderly beyond 60 years were treated surgically with dy- namic hip screw. Results:The patients were followed up and their postoperative outcomes were satisfactory,the result were excellent in 67% cases,good in 26% cases,poor in 7% cases. Condusion:The dynamic hip screw is the best in- ternal fixation for treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in elderly, with effectively relieving pain,lower complication and mortality,and early recovery of motion and normal daily life.更多还原
