【摘要】 目的 :探讨成人肱骨远端关节内骨折的手术治疗。方法 :对 15例成人肱骨远端关节内骨折采用早期开放复位 ,运用钢板作坚强内固定及早期功能锻炼的方法进行治疗。15例均为 Muller分类 C型骨折。结果 :术后随诊时间为6个月— 3年 ,优良率达 80 %。结果 :早期手术 ,关节内解剖复位 ,坚强内固定及早期功能锻炼是提高成人肱骨远端关节内骨折治疗效果的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:study of surgical treatment of intraarticular fracture of distal humerus in adult.Methods:fifteen cases of intraarticular fracture of distal humerus in abult were treated by early open reduction,rigid internal fixation with plate and early physiotherapy.All of fifteen cases be longed to C type fracture of Muller classification.Results:postoperative follow-up period was from six months to 3 years,The excellent and good rate is 80%.Conclusion:Early surgical intervention,intraarticular anatomical reduction,rigid internal fixation and early physiotherapy play an important role in achieving good result in treatment of intraarticular fracture of distal humerus in adult.更多还原
