【摘要】 目的 :探讨马德隆畸形的治疗方法。方法 :回顾 7年来以 Sauve- kapandji[1 ]法配合挠骨远端截骨 ,治疗 7例马德隆畸形 ,分析了其病理改变 ,与以往术式进行比较 ,分析了该术式的可行性 ,评价其疗效。结果 :随访 2～ 6年 ,7例腕畸形全部改善 ,7例腕痛症状消失 ,有 1例患腕劳累时有轻微疼痛 ,腕功能明显改善 ,前臂旋转功能接近正常。结论 :该术式治疗马德隆畸形 ,对消除畸形、减轻腕痛、功能改善有较好效果。避免了下尺桡关节创伤性关节炎的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the treatment of Madelungs abn ormality.Methods:7 cases of Madelung′s abnormality have been treated with sauve-kapandji′s and distal osteotomy of radius since 1993.analysed pathologic changes,compared with other patterns of operation.analysed the feasibility and evaluated the therapeatic effects.Results:Follow-up the patients 2～6 years showed that the abnormality were all improved,the symptom of pain disappeared in 6 cases,and 1 case had some residual discomfort after movement.The function of wrist explicitly improved,rotation of the morement of the forearm were almost normal. Conclusion:This pattern has satisfactory result,can completly relived abnormality and wrist pain,improve the function of rwist,aviod the traumatic osteoarthritics of distal radioulnar.更多还原
