【摘要】 目的 :报道带腓肠神经伴行血管行岛状筋膜瓣临床应用的可靠性 ,探讨皮瓣转位的范围。方法 :在小腿后侧设计及切取腓肠神经伴行血管筋膜皮瓣 ,逆行转位修复 2 3例小腿下段及足部皮肤软组织缺损 ,皮瓣面积最大 15 cm×10 cm ,最小 6 cm～ 5 cm。结果 :2 0例皮瓣完全成活 ,2例远端皮缘浅表坏死 ,1例部分坏死。结论 :腓肠神经伴行血管逆行岛状筋膜皮瓣血供可靠 ,操作简例 ,可以修复小腿下段、踝部、跟后 3/ 4、足背跖骨中部以近软组织缺损更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To report the relability of clinical application of skin flaps supplied by vessels accompanied with sural nerve,and investigate their reaching ranges.Methods:Sural flaps from posterior tibial were used to repair soft tissue defects around the distal part of anterior tibial and heel in 23 patients.The flaps measured 15cm×10cm to 6cm×5cm.Results:The flaps totally surived in 20 patients,there appeared superficial flaps necrosis in 2 patients and partial necrosis in one.Coclusion:The blood supply of vessel accompanied with sural nerve is reliable.The distally based sural flaps are easy to dissect,and they were satisfactory in repairing the soft tissue around distal anterior tibial,malleolous,the three fourths part of posterior heel and the proximal part of foot.更多还原
