【摘要】 目的 :确立平片鉴别单纯楔状与爆裂椎体骨折。材料与方法 :前瞻性 (n=95 )和回顾性 (n=2 1)地对 116例钝伤骨折椎体的径线进行了测量 ,并判断有关的 X线征象。结果 :假设即在明确的钝伤史时 ,凡平片具有 :1、髓核撞击征 ,2、椎体两横径增大 ,3、椎体两前后径增大三者之一者即被判断为爆裂骨折被证明成立。结论 :平片鉴别椎体楔状和爆露骨折 ,该标准是有用的更多还原

【Abstract】 Purposes:To distinguish thoracolumbar burst fracture from simple compressin fracture in plain films.Materials and Methods:One hundred and sixteen fractural vertebral bodies were evaluated the trasverse length and the anteroposterior length as well as the related X ray sign by the prospective (n=95) and retrospective (n=21) method.Results:The hypothesis which the nucleus pulposus crushing sign or a two transverse Diametea vertebra or a two anteroposterior Diametea of vertebra presented on X-ray plain films after blunt trauma should be evaluated as bursting fractures was testified to be ture.Conclusion:The criteria are useful.更多还原
