工期计划中确定关键路径的简化方法
Simplified Method to Identify the Critical Path in Schedule Planning
【摘要】 提出了一种简化的确定关键路径方法 ,该方法可分别运用于单代号和双代号网络图中。在模拟过程中该方法较传统的CPM法确定关键路径更有效且节约计算机资源
【Abstract】 This paper put forward a simplified method that can be used on activity on node network and activity on line network to identify the critical path of schedule. This method is more efficient than the normal CPM in identifying the critical path.
