三峡工程压力钢管的焊接残余应力与结构安全性分析

【摘要】 三峡工程压力钢管下平段采用的高强钢及其配套焊材 ,焊接工艺性和低温冲击韧性良好。参照有关标准和技术文献 ,对三峡工程压力钢管下平段 60mm厚管段不做消应处理情况下的安全性进行估算 ,钢管具有的足够的安全裕度 ;在严格控制施工工艺和加强无损检测工作的前提下 ,省略对压力钢管下平段 60mm壁厚管段消应处理是可行的。如经过充分的论证后取消消应处理环节 ,可以节约宝贵的工期 ,为钢管安装和相关工程的施工创造较好的条件 ,更有利于施工质量的控制。

【Abstract】 The high strength steel plates and the welding materials supplied with them have been employed in the lower parts of penstock for the Three Gorges Project.The welding technics and low temperature impact toughness are both proved soundly.And the penstock has been proved to be safe enough,according to the relative standards and technical documentations following the estimation to the safety of the lower part penstock (60mm in thickness)for The Three Gorges Project without SR heat treatment.As a result,It would be possible to eliminate the SR heat treatmet of the lower part penstock (60mm in thickness)if perfect construction and strict faultless inspection were conducted.the present case of pressing schedule could be saved,the better conditions for erecting the penstock and the construction of relative engineering might be created and the quality of construction be supervised more properly if the elimination of SR heat treatment were realized following reasonable demonstration.
