DyFexCo1-xO3-δ纳米晶的制备及光催化性能研究
Studies on the Preparation and Photocatalytic Activity of Nanocrystalline Rare Earth Mixed Oxides DyFe1-x CoxO3-δ
【摘要】 采用 Sol- Gel法制备了 Dy Fex Co1- x O3 -δ稀土复合氧化物纳米晶 ,用 SEM观察了其微粒的大小及形貌 ,用 XRD进行了物相及烧成温度分析 .结果表明 :80 0℃下热处理 2 h,可得纯相钙钛矿型结构 .并以其为催化剂对水溶性染料酸性红 3 B进行光催化降解 ,发现这类化合物具有光催化性能 ,其活性大小与纳米晶粒子的大小及 B位离子的性质及掺杂离子的配比有关 .
【Abstract】 Nanocrystalline Rare Earth Mixed Oxides DyFe 1-x Co xO 3-δ was prepared by the sol-gel method. The shape size and structure of power samples were observed by SEM and XRD. The result shows that pure phose of DyFe 1-x Co xO 3-δ can be obtained after calcining for two hours at 800℃. The nanocrystalline utilized as photocatalysts for the photocatalytic degradation and decolorization of water soluble dye acid red 3B. The results show that DyFe 1-x Co xO 3-δ possess photocatalytic activity.
