硫酸铁铵催化合成乳酸异戊酯
Catalytic Synthesis of Iso-pentyl Lactate with Ammonium Ferric Sulfate
【摘要】 硫酸铁铵能够代替硫酸催化酯化反应 .利用 0 .1 mol乳酸和 0 .2 mol异戊醇 ,在0 .0 0 2 mol十二水合硫酸铁铵催化下 ,回流分水 60 min,合成了乳酸异戊酯 ,其收率达 90 % .
【Abstract】 Ammonium ferric sulfate can be used as catalyst for the esterifieation instead of sulphuric acid. Isopentyl lactate was synthesis by 0.1mol lactic acid with 0.2mol isopentyl alcohol refluxing and water segregating for 60min, by using 1.0g (0.002mol) ammonium ferric sulfate dodechydrate as catalyst, the yield of the ester could reach 90%.
