饥饿对中国龙虾叶状幼体Ⅰ期发育、摄食及存活的影响

【摘要】 中国龙虾叶状幼体Ⅰ期在饥饿条件下的生长发育、变态、存活的研究结果表明 :初孵叶状幼体耐饥饿能力较强 ,完全饥饿 1 44h ,成活率为 1 0 0 % ,饥饿 1 92~ 2 1 6h ,成活率为 76 %~ 6 8% .由生长和变态来看 ,推迟 2 4~ 36h投饵 ,对叶状幼体Ⅰ期的生长没有明显影响 .在摄食饵料方面 ,初孵幼体饥饿 1 44h ,仍然有 5 5 %的幼体具有摄食能力 .饥饿 2 4~ 1 2 0h的初期叶状幼体摄食卤虫幼体的大小 (体长为 349 5~6 0 4 9μm )可达到自身体长的 1 /2~ 1 /3.当叶状幼体连续摄饵时间达 6 0h ,体内储存一定的营养后 ,即使不再喂食 ,幼体也能变态 ,但变态率较低 .由间隔投饵效果来看 ,每隔 8,1 6 ,2 4h投饵 ,幼体的发育变态差异不大 .这些研究结果对开展龙虾基础生物学与人工育苗技术研究 ,提高育苗成活率将有一定的参考意义 .

【Abstract】 The results of the study on the growth, development, ingestion and survival of P. stimpsoni phyllosoma (Ⅰ) under the condition of starvation show that they have a high ability in bearing starvation. After 144 h of complete starvation, the survival rate of phyllosoma is 100%,and 55% of phyllosoma could feed still. After 192~216 h of starvation, although the survival rate of the phyllosoma is 76%~68%, but no phyllosoma could catch food organism any more.Delaying the feeding time about 24~36 h, there is no obvious influence on the growth of phyllosoma. The early phyllosoma which were starved for 1~5 d can feed the Artemia sp. nauplius, whose body length is 1/2~1/3 body length of phyllosoma Ⅰ, this phenomenon is not often seen in crustacean phyllosoma.When the phyllosoma store up more enough of nutrition, after had been fed about 60 h,their metamophosis process could remained normally, even though without feeding anythings. According to the effects of intermittent feeding, it shows that there are no obvious influence on the metamorphosis of phyllosoma Ⅰ.which were feeding after an interval of 8,16,24 h. The results of these observations may provide some referential meaning on the study of lobster’s basic biology, artificial breeding and improving the survival rate of artificial breeding.
