【摘要】 为探讨固骼生治疗下肢新鲜粉碎性骨折的临床效果 ,对 5 2例下肢粉碎性骨折患者 ,在切开复位内固定的同时 ,于骨折线或骨缺损处应用一定量的固骼生。全部病例获得 6～ 18(平均 10 )个月的随访。结果显示 ,骨折最迟在 4个月内达到临床愈合 ,无延迟愈合、不愈合或畸形愈合等并发症。提示固骼生应用于下肢新鲜粉碎性骨折 ,可明显缩短骨折愈合时间 ,避免各种并发症的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 To discuss the curative effect of NovaBone for the treatment of fresh comminuted fractures of lower limbs. 52 patients of fresh comminuted fractures of lower limbs were treated with NovaBone on the fracture lines or bone defects after reduction and internal fixation. All the patients were followed up from 6 to 18 months, on average of 10 months. Fractures were healed within 4 months. There were no complications such as delayed union, nonunion or malunion happened. This suggest that fresh comminuted fractures of lower limbs can be treated with NovaBone, which could enhance the regeneration of new bone. So the healing time could be shortened and the complications be avoided.更多还原
