【摘要】 为探讨病毒性心肌炎 (VM)患儿心肌酶改变及其与心功能的关系 ,测定了 112例 VM患儿的心肌酶、心功能 ,并分析两者之间的关系。结果 VM患儿五项心肌酶均显著高于健康儿童 ,经综合治疗 1个月后 ,心肌酶指标均显著下降 ,且 VM患儿 CKMB增高者中心脏收缩功能降低者显著多于 CKMB正常者。认为 VM患儿心肌酶增高 ,部分 VM患儿心功能降低 ,心功能降低与 CKMB增高有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 To realize the cardiac enzyme changes and relationship between heart function of CoxB viral myocarditis The cardiac enzymes and heart fuction of 112 cases with CoxB viral myocarditis were measured and the relationship between creatinin Kinase(CK-MB)and heart funtion was analysed Resulte showed that all five items of cardiac enzymes were higher in viral myocarditis than in normal children After treatment,all five of cardiac enzymes were decreased Heart function decrease was related to the CK-MB level This suggests Cardiac enzyme is high in patients with viral myocarditis Heart function decreases in some patients with viral myocarditis The decrease of heart function is related to the CK-MB level更多还原
