【Abstract】 In order to study the role of P53gene in the tumorigenesis of retinoblastoma (Rb), StreptAvidin- Biotin-Enzyme Complex (SABC)immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expressions of P53 gene protein in 49 cases of Rb tumor,which was compared with normal retina. Result showed that there was no any positive staining of P53 gene protein in both normal retina and Rb. This result suggests that the mutation of P53 gene is not correlated with the occurring of human primary Rb.更多还原
