【摘要】 为探讨不同眼轴长度与共同性内斜视矫正手术量的关系，对８６例适合做双侧内直肌对称性后徙手术　　　　　　的共同性内斜视患者先于术前应用Ａ／Ｂ型超声测量眼轴．再根据眼轴长度分为正常眼轴组和异常眼轴组。正常　　　　　　眼轴组按常规后徙量手术．异常眼轴组按其调整后徙量手术。结果两组术后近期及远期手术正位率均无显著性差　　　　　　异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示对异常眼轴的共同性内斜视调整内直肌后徙手术量，可获得与正常眼轴的共同性内斜视行常　　　　　　规内直肌后徙术相同的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the relationship between axial length and the amount of bilateral medial rectus reces- sion for esotropia,the axial lengths(AL)were measured preoperatively with A/B scan ultrasonography in 86 pa- tients of esotropia who were indicated to symmetrical bilateral medial rectus recession. The patients were divided into normal AL group and abnormal AL group according to the axial lengths. In normal AL group the surgery was performed according to routine amount of bilateral medial rectus recession. In abnormal AL group, the surgery was done according to the adjusted amount. The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0. 05) in short-term and long-term follow-up. It suggests that surgery ac- cording to adjusted amount of bilateral medial rectus recession in esotropia with abnormal AL could obtain the same effect as that by routine amount in cases with normal AL.更多还原
