【摘要】 通过花粉皮试和测定血清总免疫球蛋白 E (Ig E)、血清细胞因子白介素 - 4(IL - 4)水平 ,比较哮喘缓解期、发作期糖皮质激素吸入治疗前后的变化 ,并与正常组进行对照。结果显示 ,哮喘发作期花粉皮试阳性率最高 ,治疗组和正常组阳性率较低 ;血清总 Ig E、IL- 4水平发作期和缓解期与治疗后和正常组比较 ,差异非常显著(P<0 .0 1) ;并且皮试阳性率与 Ig E、IL- 4水平呈正相关 (P<0 .0 1)。认为过敏原皮试和 Ig E、IL- 4水平测定同样可作为诊断哮喘的重要依据 ,糖皮质激素吸入是哮喘急性发作期和缓解期的重要治疗手段更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to observe the treatment effects of asthma patients with inhaled glucocorticoid,the pollen test,the measurements of lg E and L L- 4were carried on.The resultsshowed thatthe pollen skin testhad the highest positive rate atattacking periods,the team and control group had lowerpositive rate.A singnificantdifference of level of Ig E and IL- 4was found compared the results of attacking period and rem ission period with the results after treat- ment and control group (P<0 .0 1) .The positive rate of pollen skin test had positive correlation with the levels of Ig E,IL - 4(P<0 .0 1) .Itsuggested thatallergen skin testand measurem entof Ig E and IL - 4were diagnostic of asth- ma and inhaling glucocorticoid was an importanttreatmentmethod atasthma acute attack period and rem ission peri- od.更多还原
