【Abstract】 Using the model of pentylenetetrazol (PTZ)-kindled epilepsy,the effects of complex prescription on regulating the spleen and stomach in Fos and jun oncoprotein expression of the rat brain with Fos and Jun antibody immunohistochemistry were observed.The results indecated that the prescription can obviously decreaes the expression of Fos and Jun and alleviate the degree of seizure.It suggests that the antiepileptic mechanism of prescription may relate with decreasing the expression of Fos and Jun.
