【摘要】 目的：观察功能性鼻窦内窥镜手术的长期疗效。方法：采用Ｍｅｓｓｅｒｋｌｉｎｇｅｒ术式为１００例患者手术；并以传统术式治疗１００例作对照。结果：内窥镜组临床治愈率８１％，总有效率９５％，明显优于传统手术组（Ｐ＜０．０５），手术并发症发生率为６％，明显低于传统组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：内窥镜手术长期疗效可靠，并发症少，复发率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe a long-term effect of functional endoscope sinuses surgery (FESS).Methods:100 cases were operated by Messerklinger’s methods.At the same time other 100 cases treated with the traditional surgery were as a control group.Results:The cure rate of the endoscope group was 81%,and the effective rate was 95%，both were higher than those of the traditional group(P＜0.05).The complication rate was 6% ,the relapse rate was 7.4%,both were lower than those in the traditional group(P＜0.05). Conclusion:FESS is reliable for long-term effect with its low complication and relapse rate.更多还原
