【摘要】 目的 :调查不同治疗方法对头颈部癌患者近期生存质量的影响。方法 :将初次治疗的头颈部癌患者分为手术前诱导化疗组和手术治疗组 ,参照欧洲肿瘤治疗与研究组织的生存质量核心问题及头颈部癌模型 ,结合本地区情况 ,制订问卷调查表 ,对 12 0例患者于治疗前后进行问卷调查。结果 :手术前诱导化疗后 ,患者的生存质量有明显的改善 ,手术后部分生存质量指标改善 ,部分指标无改变。结论 :生存质量问卷调查是一种易行敏感的评价头颈部癌患者治疗方式的方法 ,头颈部癌患者化疗后短期生存质量得到改善更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of different treatment modalities on the life quality of head and neck cancer patients in the near future of the treatment.Methods:Referencing the questionnaires of life quality-C 30′ of European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer as a model,the authors have made a questionnaire to investigate the life quality of the patients treated in the department primarily.All of 120 patients were divided into two groups as induced chemotherapy group and operation group.Results:After the induced chemotherapy,the life quality of the patients improved significantly.After the operation,some indexes of the life quality have improved while other indexes have not changed.Conclusion:The questionnaire of life quality is a sensitive method to evaluate the treatment methods of head and neck cancer patients.The life quality will improve after induced chemotherapy.更多还原
