【摘要】 目的 :了解山东沿海地区常见风湿病的发病状况。方法 :选择东营、日照、威海和胜利石油管理局浅海钻井公司为调查点 ,调查 4种风湿病发病情况。结果 :调查 170 4 4人。类风湿性关节炎粗患病率为0 6 92 3% ,标化患病率为 0 3998% ,各地区患病率差异显著 ,男女比例为 1:3 0 2。强直性脊椎炎粗患病率为0 1584 % ,标化患病率为 0 1372 % ,男女比例为 2 :1。系统性红斑性狼疮粗患病率为 0 0 52 8% ,标化患病率为 0 0 4 6 5% ,男女比例为 1:1 97。痛风粗患病率为 0 0 352 % ,标化患病率分别为 0 0 315% ,男女比例 2 :1。结论 :山东沿海地区的常见风湿病患病率较高更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the prevalence of common rheumatic diseases including rheumatoid arthritis(RA),ankylosing spondylitis(AS),systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and gout.Methods:A cross sectional study of 17 044 population in Rizhao,Dongying,Weihai and Shengli oil field was conducted.Results:Crude prevalence and standardized prevalence of RA were 0.6923% and 0.3998% respectively.There was a significant difference among areas,the ratio of males vs females was 1:3.02.Crude prevalence and standardized prevalence of AS were 0.1584% and 0.1372%,the ratio of males vs.females was 2:1.Crude prevalence and standardized prevalence of SLE were 0.0528% and 0.0465%,the ratio of males vs females was 1:1.97.Crude prevalence and standardizid prevalence of gout was 0.0352% and 0.0315%,the ratio of males vs.females was 2:1.Conclusion:There is a higher prevalence of common rheumatic diseases among population of eastern coastline of Shandong Province.更多还原
