【摘要】 目的 :研究雄激素受体 (AR)亚型在前列腺组织中的表达及内外带分布。方法 :采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦电泳 (IEF)技术 ,检测了前列腺组织标本 2 0例。结果 :前列腺组织有 3种AR亚型 ,等电点 (PI)分别在 6 5、6 0和 5 3,3种亚型均表达 13例 ,占 6 5% ,所有标本均表达PI 6 5亚型 ;前列腺内带和外带均有 3种亚型表达 ,个体间存在差异 ;定量分析表明 ,前列腺内外带AR含量 ,外带高于内带 ,但无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5) ,PI 6 0亚型浓度在外带明显高于内带 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :前列腺AR存在亚型并且具有带性分布特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate expression of androgen receptor (AR) subgroups in prostate tissue and the distribution of AR subgroups between internal and external zones of prostate.Methods:Expression of AR subgroups in prostate tissue was detected with isoelectric focusing electrophoresis,.Results:There were three radioactive peaks focusing at PI 6.5 ,6.0 and 5.3 in prostate tissue.There were 13 samples(65%) having all three subgroups and PI 6.5 subgroup was detected in all samples.All three subgroups were expressed in both external and internal zones.Although the levels of AR were not significantly different in two zones(P>0.05),the concentration of PI 6.0 subgroup was higher in external zone than that in internal zone(P<0.05).Conclusion:There were AR subgroups in prostate tissue and their distribntion in the zones is different.更多还原
