【摘要】 目的 :研究肺癌组织中转化生长因子 β(TGF β1、TGF β2 )与肺癌发生、淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法 :用SABC免疫组化染色法检测 84例肺癌组织标本中TGF β的表达。 结果 :肺癌组织中TGF β1、TGF β2 表达显著高于正常肺组织 (P <0 .0 1) ;有淋巴结转移和Ⅲ期肺癌的表达显著高于无淋巴结转移和Ⅰ期 +Ⅱ期肺癌 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :TGF β与肺癌的发生、发展、转移密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between the TGF β subtypes and lung carcinoma.Methods:The expressions of TGF β 1 and TGF β 2 were examined in surgical specimens of 84 patients with lung carcinoma by SABC immunohistochemistry.Results:The expressions of TGF β 1 and TGF β 2 were significantly higher in lung carcinoma than those in normal lung tissue,and increased in advanced disease.Conclusion:The expressions of TGF β 1 and TGF β 2 were positively related to the development of lung carcinoma.更多还原
