【摘要】 目的 :研究顺铂微晶口服后在小鼠体内的吸收分布和消除情况。方法 :采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法 ,测定顺铂灌胃后在小鼠血液及不同脏器组织中的铂含量。结果 :顺铂在小鼠血液、肝、胃、肾组织中均有分布 ,胃组织中顺铂的吸收更为明显 ,肾组织中顺铂有明显的积蓄。结论 :顺铂微晶口服可以在胃组织中维持较高药浓 ,对治疗胃癌有进一步研究的意义 ,但其肾毒性不容忽视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The absorbtion,distribution and elimination of microcrystalline cisplatin in mice by oral were studied. Methods:The levels of cisplatin in mice blood,liver,stomach and kidney were determined by Graphite Furnace Atomic Spectrophotometry after the administration of microcrystalline cisplatin.Results:The obvious distribution have been found in blood,liver,stomach and kidney,especially in stomach.The cisplatin could be stored up in kidney.Conclusion:The finding indicates that cisplatin may be adequate to treat stomach cancer orally,while its toxication on kidney should not be neglected.更多还原
