【摘要】 探讨了发作期哮喘患者血清基质金属蛋白酶 - 9(MMP- 9)的水平及其在哮喘病机制中的作用。使用 ELISA法分别测定了发作期门诊哮喘患者 40名、健康对照 2 0名的血清MMP- 9的浓度并测定了外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数 (Eos)。哮喘患者血清 MMP- 9的浓度(1 60 .57± 76.1 7ng/ m L)明显高于健康对照组 (1 0 7.51± 70 .85ng/ m L ) (t=2 .52 3,p<0 .0 5) ,哮喘患者的血清 MMP- 9水平与 Eos(r=0 .2 53,0 .1 0 >p>0 .0 5)成较弱的相关关系。哮喘发作期血清 MMP- 9水平明显增高 ,MMP- 9参与了哮喘的气道炎症及气道重构更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to examine the serum levels of metalloprotease 9(MMP 9)in asthmatic patients and to evaluate the clinical significance,we measured the serum levels of MMP 9 for forty asthmatic patients and twenty health controls by using the immunoassay technique.The peripheral eosinophil counts were also detected.The concentration of the MMP 9 was 160.57±76.17ng/mL in asthmatic patients,and 107.51±70.85ng/mL in controls respectively.There were statistical difference between the two groups and a correlation trend between the peripheral eosinophil counts and the serum MMP 9 levels.This findings showed that MMP 9 might play an importent role in airway inflammation and airway remodeling.更多还原
