山东省农业税收征收管理系统设计
The design of Shandong agriculture revenue impose management system
【摘要】 农业税收征收管理系统建立了精确计算税源情况的数学模型 ,采用面向对象程序 (OOP)和目前最为流行的数据库开发工具和数据库管理系统 (DBMS) ,在财政Intranet网上实现了山东省的农业税收电子网络征管 ,使原来复杂的农税征收工作变得非常简单 ,实现了全省农税征管方法的统一 ,保证上级财政机关能够及时准确地掌握下级财政机关的征收情况 ,避免了各地的乱收费现象。
【Abstract】 The system for agriculture revenue impose management is established. With the object oriented programming technology and the most popular database development tool and management system, the accurate mathematical model is used in the system to compute the tax fountain. The applications of the system realize the network management of Shandong agriculture tax through fiscal Intranet , simplify the working procedure, unify the management method, ensure the fiscal department for knowing well the subordinate conditions, and avoid various illogical charging for taxes.
