【Abstract】 The electron gun cathode in the electron beam welder is made of LaB 6. It has the advantages of lower work functions and higher hot electron emitting density than others. The influences of polycrystalline LaB 6 which has different purity, density, coarseness and the surface polluting degree on the hot electron emitting properties are studied.更多还原
