【Abstract】 Two chiral aromatic alcohol amino drugs,norsynephrine and clorprenaline,were resolved by thin layer chromatography(TLC) on the silica gel GF 254 plates(2.5×10 cm) by using the ammonium-D-10-camphorsulfonate(CSA) as chiral ion interaction agent. Which was added to the mobile phase in the ammonium form.更多还原
