【摘要】 目的:研究急性河豚中毒患者的P₃₀₀。方法:应用纽科公司的Medicid—03E脑诱发电位仪测定21例急性河豚中毒患者的视觉（图像）、听觉刺激诱发P₃₀₀波之潜伏期和波幅,与30例正常对照组作比较,并比较不同病情患者的P₃₀₀波。对13例患者进行了复测。结果:病人组视觉（图像）、听觉刺激P₃₀₀波的潜伏期和波幅较正常对照组明显延长（P<0.001）,波幅明显降低（P<0.001）。P₃₀₀波之潜伏期和波幅与患者病情严重程度相关,随着中毒症状的改善,P₃₀₀波的潜伏期逐渐缩短,波幅也逐渐增高。结论:P₃₀₀波的交化可作为判断急性河豚中毒患者脑认知功能障碍的程度和恢复情况的一项客观指标。患者P₃₀₀波的动态观察更有意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the P300 in patients with acute puffer poisoning. Methods; With medicid -03E brain evoked potential instrument of Neuronic Company, the latency and the amplitude of P300 evoked by visual (image) and auditory stimulation were recorded in 21 patients with acute puffer poisoning, These patients were compared with 30 normal subjects and compared with the P300 during different condition of poisoning. 13 cases of the patients were re-examined. Resuls: The latency and the amplitude of P300 evoked by visual (image) and auditory stimulation in patient group was significantly prolonged as compared with the control group (p<0. 001) and the amplitude was significantly decreased (p<0. 001). Both the latency and the amplitude of P300 were related to the severity of the disease. With the improvement of the symptom of poisoning, the latency was decreased and the amplitude increased gradually. Conclusions: The change of P300 might be taken as an objective index of judging the changes and recovery condition of the brain cognitive function in patients with acute puffer poisoning. The dynamic observation of P300 in patients was more significance.更多还原
