【摘要】 目的:监测有疑似癫痫样发作的患者的脑电图癫痫样放电检出阳性率。方法:对900例患者进行脑电图监测。结果:脑电图痫样放电检出阳性率为81.2％,其中14.9％的患者痫样放电仅见于睡眠或蝶骨电极描记,监测中捕捉到54次临床发作,占8.1％。结论:采用多种特殊导联及诱发试验进行脑电图监测可提高痫样放电检出阳性率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To monitor positive rate of epileptic discharge of EEG in patients with epilepsy and similar attack diseases. Methods: 900 patients with epilepsy and similar attack disease were examed by EEG. Results: The positive rate of epileptic discharge was 81. 2% during EEG monitor. Epileptic discharge of 14. 9% patients was found in sleep or using sphenoidal electrode. In this patients, there were 54 times clinical episode during EEG examing. Conclusions :Multi-special electrodes and inducing text can increase the positive rate of epileptic discharge of EEG monitor.更多还原
