【Abstract】 ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plans)has been invented in USA in 1960s,it has been developed for 40 years,ESOP is a property right innovation program,especially in recent years,it made an important role in improving the producing efficiency in many large enterprises,through the ESOP,the employees felt that the company is their own company,the profit of the company will affect their own income and earning so they will do their best for their company.In recent years,by the globalization of the economy,market economy innovation has been operated in China,many companies and factories have adopted some innovation programs in their own organizations,in order to improve the profit and producing efficiency farther,ESOP is a very useful way for innovation,based on the analysis of the ESOP’s excellence,ESOP will greatly improve the Chinese economy and it will be an important role in economy innovation.更多还原
