【Abstract】 Objective To determine the effect of the vesnarinone derivative FPA on the contractibility of guinea pig heart and observe the interferential factors during the experiments.Methods Using Langendorff mode.Results It was shown that FPA increases the heart contractive activity while it does not influence heart rate.FPA probably possesses antiarrhythmic action.Repeated use of FPA or DMSO depresses the positive inotropic effect of FPA.Conclusion FPA has significant positive inotropic effect.更多还原
