【摘要】 用泸州本地黄羽乌骨公鸡（黑色胫）与罗曼商品代母鸡（黄色胫）杂交获得的F1和泸州本地黄羽乌肉鸡（商品代）研究胫色的遗传规律及其表达。试验结果表明，杂交F1代出壳时不符合理论上的浅色胫全为公雏鸡，深色胫全为母雏鸡的遗传规律；但随着日龄的增长，浅色胫的母鸡逐渐变成深色胫，至23日龄母鸡雏鸡全是深色胫。更多还原

【Abstract】  The experiment studies the inheritance and genetic expression of shank colour among the offsprings from 8 Luzhou native yellow－plumage with dark－bone cocks black shank as male line and 50 commercial layers of lohmann－brown light shank as female line． The results show that the filial－generation is not in accordence with the theorgy that all light－shank chicks are male and all dark shanks are female when they are just born． After born from 2d to 23d all light shanks of female chicks gradually turn to dark． The light shanks of male chicks do not change．更多还原
