【摘要】 本文在 2 0 0 1年 3月至 6月首次对饲养在三峡库区重庆境内的 4头海福特牛精液品质及标温 (37℃ )和低温 (0— 5℃ )条件下精液保存稀释液配方进行了研究。结果表明 :海福特公牛精液品质符合种用公牛繁殖要求 ,精液呈乳白色或稍带黄色 ,云雾状明显 ,采精量为 8.2 8± 1.13ml,pH值为 7.0 3± 0 .0 9,精子密度 10 .6 7± 1.16亿 /ml,活率 0 .88± 0 .0 5 ,精子畸形率 9.5 2± 2 .4 6 % ,并对 4头公牛精液品质进行了排序 ,提出常温和低温条件下适宜的精液保存稀释液配方更多还原

【Abstract】 This experiment evaluated the semen quality of four Hereford bull in ChongQing,compared effect of 7 dilution formulas at standard temperature and low temperature. The result showed that semen quality of Hereford bull was accord with the demand for reproduction. Average volume of semen collection was 8.28±1.13 ml. Semen was ivory-white or a litter yellow and nebulous. The semen density was 10.67±1.16 hundred millions/ml.The sperm malformation ratio(%) was 9.52±2.46. The semen pH was 7.03±0.09. The sperm viability was 0.88±0.05. At last,we seriated semen quality among four Hereford bull and selected the best dilution formula for sperm preservation at standard temperature and low temperature.更多还原
