【Abstract】 Ecological imbalance of water in westChina is essentially caused by a extreme waste of water resources which resultsfrom the out of control of water resources management and the lack of the mechanism of management on exploitation and utilization of water resources. To solve thorougly this problem, scientific valley management must be carried out. We mustadopt market adjustment mechanism to seize the key of economizing water and establish an efficient and coordinated running mechanism of water conservancy. Thiswill be helpful to make full use of limited water resources in west China for their ecological, economic and social benefits in a wide area.更多还原
