声表面波器件频率温度特性研究
Study on Frequency -temperature Sensitivity of SAW Devices
【摘要】 对声表面波器件频率温度特性进行理论分析 ,给出计算方法 ,以JCL切型石英晶体为例计算的频温系数与实验验证结果基本相符
【Abstract】 WT5”BZ]Theoretical analyses of the frequency temperature characteristics for surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices are presented. Calculations of the frequency temperature coefficients are performed using iterative computer program. The calculation results are in agreement with experimental ones for JCL cuts of quartz. [WT5”HZ]
