【摘要】 从一微生物菌群中分离出一株能在酸性环境下生长的菌株 ,对菌株的个体形态、生理生化特性进行了分类研究 ,确定该菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌 (Bacilussubtilis) ,其主要特性以及芽孢形成 ,与标准模式菌株相同 ,该菌株不仅能在pH值为 5 .7的酸性环境长势良好 ,在pH值为 5 .1仍然能够生长 ,但不能在pH值为4.7的条件下生长 .更多还原

【Abstract】 A acid-resistant gram-positive bacterial strain was isolated from soil and characterized with morphological, physiologic and biochemical analysis. The results indicated that this was a Bacillus subtilis species strain. It can utilize glycerol as carbon and energy source. This strain can grow in the medium with 100 g/L NaCl, and at pH 5.1, as well as the model strain can grow at pH 5.7. Therefore, the strain Bsh01 shows somewhat acid-resistant and salt-resistant properties.更多还原
