【Abstract】 The method of biofilm colonization on packing with pilot-scale and full-scale experiments to biopretreat polluted raw water was studied. It is showed that there are regular changes of the removal effects of major pollutants, the increment of bacteria number, the success of zoo kinds and population etc in the process of biotreatment pond upstarting and biofilm colonizing. Many factors can affect biofilm colonization rate; there are two ways to judge mature biofilm in the packing. At last, the suggestion of feasible operating parameters on biofilm colonizing are given.更多还原
