声电催化氧化降解有机污染物的基础研究
BASIC STUDY ON THE CATALYSIS OXIDATION WITH THE UECOS TECHNIQUE FOR ORGANIC WASTEWATER TREATMENT
【摘要】 采用自制的声电联用装置 ( UECOS) ,选择了苯酚、十二烷基苯碘酸钠 ( DBS)和邻苯二甲酸氢钾三种有机物为对象 ,研究了 UECOS技术去除有机污染物的机理主要是基于在电催化过程中生成 H2 O2 并迅速产生· OH羟基自由基对水中有机物的强氧化作用。用声电联用技术 ( UECOS)处理有机污染物比单独的 ECS法去除率提高了 1 0 %~ 2 0 %。根据 IR、UV、GC- MS和 TOC的分析结果表明 ,有机反应物首先被氧化成小分子有机碎片 ,最终可被矿化为 CO2 和 H2 O。研究中用自旋捕集 ESR法测出了在 UECOS处理废水过程中不断产生的活性物种·OH
【Abstract】 Three types of organic pollutants including phenol, dodecylbenzene sulphonic acid sodium (DBS) and potassium hydrogen phthalandione as the objects of the electric catalysis oxidation with the UECOS technique were studied. The results indicated that the mechanism is actually the oxidation of hydroxyl radical(·OH) which can be produced rapialy from the first yielded H 2O 2 in the UECOS. Organic pollutants removal rate increased by 10-20% with UECOS compared with ECS.
