产黄青霉废菌体对铅的吸附机理研究——参与铅生物吸附的化学物质及功能团的确定
Mechanism of Lead(Ⅱ) Biosorption by Waste Mycelium of —— Identification of the Matters and the Functional Groups Participated in Lead Biosorption
【摘要】 对产黄青霉废菌体对废水中Pb2 +的生物吸附机理进行了研究 ,主要探讨了参与吸附的细胞组分及化学功能团。对菌体的化学处理及红外光谱分析结果表明 :经脱蛋白、脱脂及脱乙酰化预处理的菌体对Pb2 +的吸附量明显增大 ;产黄青霉废菌体对Pb2 +的吸附主要发生在产黄青霉菌细胞壁上 ;细胞壁的主要成分几丁质和葡聚糖均参与了吸附过程 ;酰胺基团 (-NHCOCH3)和羟基基团 (-OH)协同作用结合Pb2 +,Pb2 +优先与酰胺基团作用
【Abstract】 The mechanism of lead biosorption by waste mycelium of Penicillium chrysogenum was studied, mainly focusing on the identification of the matters and the functional groups participated in sorption. Chemical treatment and infrared spectroscopy analysis show that pretreatment, deproteinization, defatting and deacetylation, increase the lead biosorption capacity of the biomass; the cell wall of P. chrysogenum is the main part of lead biosorption; chitin and glucan as main components of cell wall all join in sorption; acetylamino group (-NHCOCH 3) and hydroxyl group (-OH) concern cooperatively to the lead binding in which,lead ion reacts preferably with acetylamino group.
