CO2施肥对黄瓜幼苗抗冷性及后期生育的作用

【摘要】 以黄瓜为试材进行苗期CO2 施肥试验的结果表明 :CO2 施肥有利于提高黄瓜幼苗抗寒力 ,低温胁迫下与对照相比 ,施肥幼苗SOD、POD活性明显增强 ,MDA含量和电解质渗漏率降低。较高的叶片可溶性糖含量可能是施肥幼苗抗寒性提高的原因之一。苗期 70 0~ 110 0± 10 0 μl·1-1CO2 施肥使黄瓜结果期产量提高8 31%~ 13 11% ,CO2 施肥对产量构成因素的影响主要是增加单株结果数。

【Abstract】 Experiments of CO 2 enrichment were carried out at seedling stage of cucumber.It indicated that:CO 2 enrichment was beneficial to raising vigorous transplants,the chilling tolerance of CO 2-enriched plants was strengthened;Activities of SOD and POD in CO 2-enriched plants were higher obviously than those in control under cold stress,but malondiadehyde content and electrolytic leakage were lower;Higher soluble sugar content in CO 2-enriched cucumber leaves was possibly one of reasons for raised cold resistance;CO 2 enrichment at 700±100μl·1 -1 and 1100±100μl· -1 for three hours every morning at cucumber seedling stage increased fruit yield by 8.30% and 13.11%,the effect of the CO 2 enrichment on yield components was due to increasing the number of fruits on each plant.
