【摘要】 研究了在Al -2 2 %Si合金中分别加入 1%Fe、0 76 %Mn和 1%Fe、1 5 0Mn对合金有关性能的影响。用测定合金的冷却曲线的方法 ,了解和比较了Mn量对合金凝固温度区间大小的作用 ;测定了不同Mn量合金的线膨胀系数 ,了解了Mn量对线膨胀系数的影响。研究结果表明 ,加入Fe、Mn后以及提高锰量 ,合金的凝固温度区间变窄 ;线膨胀系数减小

【Abstract】 An investigation was carried out into the characteristics of an Al 22%Si alloy with the elevated content of iron content and manganese content The effect of manganese content on the intervals between the liquid point and the solid point of the alloys was investigated by measuring the cooling curve of the alloys;and the effect of different manganese content on the linear expansion coefficient of the alloys was compared The investigation indicated that the addition of iron and manganese as well as elevated manganese content would make the intervals reduced,and the linear expansion coefficient decreased
