【摘要】试验研究了六种配方的热处理保护涂料 ,比较分析了它们保护效果的区别及其产生的原因。结果表明 ,由H3BO3和化合物A组成的保护涂料在 110 0℃的热处理条件下仍然能保持良好的保护效果 ,是一种较理想的高温型热处理的保护涂料。同时指出 ,活性成膜物和对粘态膜起“钉扎”作用的高熔点物是高温热处理保护涂料的必备成分更多还原

【Abstract】 Six kinds of heat treatment protecting coatings have been investigated.The difference of their protecting effect has been compared and analyzed.The results show that the protecting coatings consisting of H 3BO 3 and compound A have good protecting effect even when the heat treatment temperature reaches 1?100℃.Furthermore,it can be concluded that high temperature heat treatment protecting coatings must contain a constituent which is active viscid membrane and a high melting point constituent which can fix viscid membrane.更多还原
