论国际经贸人才素质及其培养
On the Quality and it’s Training of Talents in International Economy and Trade
【摘要】 未来国际经贸人才必须是具有综合知识和能力的复合型高素质人才 ,高校应该通过树立全新教育观念、完善课程体系、优化教学过程、调整评价体系、全面提高教师素质等途径 ,为国家培养具有国际竞争力的高素质国际经贸人才
【Abstract】 In order to turn out fine quality talents of international economy and trade,colleges should set up a completely new concept of education,perfect the course system,optimize the teaching process,readjust the evaluation system and improvng the teachers’ quality.
